Visit the painting dialogues page to see images from the Flying Creek paintings. I painted these pieces blindfolded. I was attempting to literally trace scenes from memory. The abstract nature of these images illustrates how difficult it can be to pin down distant memories. I would like to know what you think of the pieces and of the concept behind them. Thanks. |
